Following a serious automobile accident that injured his passenger, Client was charged with Aggravated Vehicular Assault, a third-degree felony and OVI (operating a vehicle impaired), a first-degree misdemeanor. If convicted on both counts, Client could have spent up to five and a half years incarcerated. He entered a guilty plea to OVI and the reduced charge of Vehicular Assault.
