Fogt Law is conveniently located in Washington Township across from Apex Church, next door to Tobias Funeral Home with Rahn Rd. being the nearest cross street. Fogt Law is located between Kettering and Centerville, Ohio. We are just a 20 minute drive from downtown Dayton. We have plenty of parking and there are three entrances to the building including a handicap ramp. There are also two elevators in the lobby of the building.
Attorney Fogt practices in Federal Court and all over the State of Ohio including, but not limited to Montgomery County, Greene County, Clark County, Warren County, Franklin County. Attorney Fogt also practices in Kettering, Miamisburg, Dayton, Xenia, Fairborn, Clark, and Lebanon Municipal Courts as well as others.
