Attorney Christopher M. Fogt has been practicing law for over 17 years, building on the foundation of the Attorney Joseph Warden's trusted law practice. Since taking over, Chris has continued the tradition of delivering exceptional legal services to Dayton and the surrounding communities. Over his career, Chris has successfully represented more than 1,500 clients, earning a reputation for his preparation, professionalism, and personalized approach.
A Commitment to Education and Advocacy
Chris's academic journey has shaped his approach to the law. He earned his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, a nationally ranked program known for its esteemed faculty and rigorous curriculum. At the time of his graduation, Case Western was among the top 45 law schools in the nation, and Chris is proud to carry on its legacy of excellence.
Before law school, Chris earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Dayton. These disciplines have provided him with a unique perspective on understanding his clients' challenges and navigating the human elements of the legal system.

As the Assistant Freshmen Basketball Coach at Alter High School, Chris has been mentoring student-athletes for over eight years. Helping these students grow both on and off the court has been one of his most rewarding roles. The program's recent success, including a Varsity State Championship in 2023-2024, reflects the dedication of everyone involved.
Chris's time as a Scrum Half for the University of Dayton Rugby Team instilled in him the values of teamwork, perseverance, and leadership—qualities he brings to every case he handles. As a senior, he had the unique privilege of helping coach the team, an experience that continues to inspire his work today.
