After being pulled over for multiple traffic violations, our client was charged with OVI/DUI, Using Weapons While Intoxicated, and a Marked Lane violation. If he had been convicted, he could have been sentenced to up to 360 days in jail. After hiring Attorney Fogt, the Using Weapons While Intoxicated and a Marked Lane violation charges were dismissed and the OVI was reduced to Physical Control of a Vehicle While Under the Influence, which is a non-moving violation. Client was not sentenced to serve any time in jail.
