State v. Client (Criminal)
Client was wrongfully accused of sexual crimes. The case involved false allegations after a one-night stand. Client was charged with one count of Rape, a first-degree felony; and one count of Gross Sexual Imposition, a fourth-degree felony. Client was facing a maximum prison sentence of 11+ years and having to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
The State at trial used experts to try to convince the jury that the sex act was not consensual. However, Attorney Fogt convinced the jury of the truth. Client was found Not Guilty of all charges. It was a great day for justice. Client and his family were very happy to be reunited and Client has a bright future ahead of him.
