Client was facing more than 15 years in prison and losing her professional license. This case presented unique facts and circumstances. We carefully investigated all aspects of the Client's case and after consideration, presented our findings to the State. As a result, the State agreed to drop all the felony charges, in exchange for a plea to two first-degree misdemeanors. The Client kept her professional license and was very happy with the outcome.
