Multiple Assault Charges Dismissed, pled to only 1 Disorderly Conduct

Fogt Law represented a child with special needs accused of four counts of Assault. Three of those counts were first-degree misdemeanors and one count was a third-degree felony. If he had been convicted of those charges, it could have severely impacted his life.

After reviewing the file and meeting with the juvenile and his family, Attorney Fogt learned that there were some misunderstandings about the incident. As a result, Attorney Fogt convinced the prosecutor to dismiss all the misdemeanor charges and reduce the felony to a fourth-degree Disorderly Conduct, The case was a great outcome!
