OVI Reduced to Reckless Operation

Our office reviewed the evidence in this case and discussed the matter with the prosecutor. As a result, the prosecutor reduced the charge to Reckless Operation, a 4th-degree misdemeanor and the moving violation was dismissed. Our Client was satisfied with the good outcome.
