Client was facing a lengthy prison term in this case. He would not just be losing his freedom; he would be missing family, friends, milestones, and more. Our office reviewed voluminous and several different types of discovery, met with our Client regularly, and fully investigated his matter. We filed a motion to suppress and had a hearing. Soon after, an agreement was reached. After serving just over 2 years, the Court granted Judicial Release for our Client. He was very happy to be reunited with his family.
