Probation Violation (CCS)
September 2026
Attorney Fogt represented a client charged with violating the terms of her probation because she possessed a controlled substance, failed to complete substance abuse treatment, and incurred other violations. The State deferred to the Judge, who initially wanted our client to be in a lockdown facility to focus on drug rehab for 6 months. After investigation as to the obstacles my client faced with transportation and completing probation, the Judge agreed to a non-lockdown facility for 90 days with electronic home monitoring afterwards.
