    Client was indicted with 4 counts of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon with a maximum prison term of 10 years. Client plead to 1 count and sentenced to 4 years. Read On

  • Drug Trafficking. Result Judicial Release just after 2 years.

    Client was indicted on Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, a 1st-degree felony, Conspiracy to Engage in Pattern of Corrupt activity, a 2nd-degree felony, several drug charges, all 2nd-degree felonies, and several counts of Money Laundering, all 3rd-degree felonies. Client was facing a potential sentence of 117 years. Realistically, Client was likely to go to prison for 15-20 years. Client plead to the Conspiracy, one drug charge, and one money laundering charge and was sentenced to only 4 years in prison. Our office filed for Judicial Release and the Court granted it resulting in our Client having served just over 2 years. Read On

  • Rape & Other Sex Offenses. Jury Trial-Not guilty, Hung Jury, and a plea to NON-Sexual Offense.

    July 2017

    Client indicted on two counts of first-degree rape and other sex offenses. After a 3-day jury trial, Client was found not guilty of one sex offense and the jury was deadlocked on all other counts. State later offered to settle the case for a misdemeanor non-sexual offense. Read On

    July 2015

    Client with a professional license was charged with several felony counts of Receiving Stolen Property, Forgery, as well as a felony count of Identity Fraud, and felony Theft. Client plead guilty to two counts of Receiving Stolen Property to lesser first-degree misdemeanors and received unsupervised probation. Read On
