Our Client was wrongfully accused of sex crimes. If Client were to be convicted he would have been facing more than a decade in prison and would have had to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

While the case was pending, we were able to get the Client out of jail on electronic home monitoring. We diligently reviewed the discovery and prepared for trial. At trial we defended our Client and presented his case. As a result the jury found our Client not guilty of one sex offense and was deadlocked on all other counts. 

State then offered to settle the case for a misdemeanor non-sexual offense. Instead of prison, Client kept his freedom and returned to his life.
